[Dx-qsl] How best to send DXCC submission?

Wow!  Lots of quick replies.  There seems to be consensus around two 
solutions:  1) try to find a local card checker.  Might have one nearby, so 
I'll try that, and 2) Priority Mail.  So I'll try 1 first and then 2 if 
necessary.  Thanks to all!
