Well for what its worth.

     I made one mailing to XE1IH on 6/7/04 125 qsls for the current 
dxpedition and older dxpeditions. I included
   $20.00 for postage. About one month later I received all 125 requests 
with no problems. Maybe I was lucky
   I believe he is not getting the mail?  I am sending another 35 to him 
next week for my second mailing.
