add another to the list of non-response.  i sent donation  BEFORE the 
operation, qsl with extra irc on march 18, resent with extra irc on  october 8.  it's 
an all time new one on cw - #323- plus a few bands for  me.  would settle for 
LOTW confirmation at this point.  
 
the thing that bothers me the most is the lack of response to  inquiries, 
either individually or via  bulletins/reflectors/website.
 
i would like to give the operators the benefit of the  doubt.  anyone in 
XE-land have any answers?
