[Dx-qsl] Kaliningrad es Moldova

I have Kaliningrad confirmed with RW2F and R3SRR/2.  R3SRR/2 was the HQ
station in the IARU Championship of 2000, verified by RA2FBC (I think it
came automatically via the bureau but not sure...was only a new one with
regards to a new mode).  RW2F came direct...the card says via DK4VW.  I
don't remember how long the RW2F took to get here, but the QSOs were in
1998...I need to QSL again for 40m, so hope that things haven't gone
downhill since then!

My only Moldova confirmation is, like others have said, ER3CT, via the
bureau.  Of course, I have one confirmed via E QSL but don't even know whose
card it was.  I think it was probably ER5DX but don't know...haven't been to
that website in a VERY long time.  =)

Anyone have experience with regards to UA2FCC?
