Yes, the GOLIST shows Eli's (PT7BZ) manager as KQ0B. Visiting KQ0B at
QRZ.com shows "Qsl Mgr for PT7BZ." For the price of a domestic stamp and
an envelope it is worth sending a SASE to KQ0B. Maybe quicker turn
around time also.  Good luck.
