[Dx-qsl] Mgr for PT7BZ ?

When I worked him on 80 a few years ago, I QSL'd PT7BZ direct -- and got
back from him QSL's for ALL of our QSO's over the years, including a bunch
that had gone via the buro (and are still trickling in).

Note that my envelope to him was made up to look like commercial mail,
thanks to M$ Publisher.
