QSL VIA W4SO (mail drop). QSLs will be verified and mailed from Venezuela.

rcvd 21 Jan 2004 w/$0.80 postage due. Was no stamp on envelope and
came from Venezuela. Marked YV5ARV Qsl Manager on front and
ARV-QSL bureau on back.
