[Dx-qsl] Oman Local Time

According to my information, Oman is 4 hours ahead of GMT. You can go to 
k4hb.com and type in Oman in the "Enter country for current time" box. 
As I write, it shows the current time in Oman as 0313 on Jan 2. GMT is 
2313 Jan 1.
