[Dx-qsl] Oman Local Time

I want to double check this with you guys.
My brain is getting old.

I'm transcribing a A4XYS log from 1983 onto the computer so that I can upload it to LoTW.
The first few pages are marked

OMAN LOCAL TIME
and the first log entry is marked:
date        time
13-9-1983     1700

If Oman is 5 hours AHEAD of GMT, I calculate that the time in GMT would be
date          GMT
13-9-1983     1200Z

It's New Years Day, I didn't have anything to drink last night and maybe I should have.

There are too many to risk goofing up, so I want to check and make sure...

Am I correct on this
