[Dx-qsl] VK1AA, VK9LX, H440/H40XX Update

Folks,


This is to provide you update on QSL status of the stations in
the 'subject'. I am already processing all requests I received
and so far the situation is the following;


- e-mail requests are positively NOT accepted. If I did it,
   I'd be swamped with requests, and will be doing nothing
   else but  answering  e-mails all the time.

- To check if you are in the log use eQSL system. Logs are
  uploaded there. Contrary to some logs I received earlier,
  eQSL logs  are complete.

- Direct requests are processed on daily basis, including
   those sent to Nick in VK in the month of January. There is
   no backlog for calls for which I have QSL cards.

- I am still waiting for VK1AA/2,  VK1AA/4 and VK9LX/9
  QSL cards from  the printer. Those requests will be serviced
  in due time,  either direct (if you ask for those  only), or via
  the bureau (if combined with other calls).

- No bureau requests have been received so far, and
   I do not expect them any time soon. REMEMBER you have
   to re-send your QSLs via VE3EXY (VE bureau), since all
   cards sent via VK bureau are  lost.

- No-one tried to take advantage of the 'short-cut', which is
   a pity, since the VE QSL bureau is one of the best in the
    world.


ANNOUNCEMENT: Nick is planning  another major DXpedition
later this year. Please stay tuned for more details. Most likely
I'll be the 'pilot'.
