[Dx-qsl] the expiration date of "new" IRCs

And keep in mind that many "new" IRCs will expire on December 31, 2006.
(In fact mine have all this expiration date)

I have two versions here says "JP 20011204 20061231..." and
"JP 20040503 20061231...". (See the strings under the bar code of "new"
IRCs.)  Any info appreciated for a "newer" version, which means the
later expiration date.
