I have had the same kind of pbms with KU9C lately...
I'm still waiting for the following cards from him:
PV0F, FS5/W3HNK, HC8A, 8P6AZ, FM5GU, J75KG, PW0T and
J7A (most of them on several bands).
I sent all those cards on FEBRUARY 16, 2004 to his
P.O. Box. He's NEVER acknowledged my email messages
since that date.
Last time I had to deal with him he kept 2 of my SASE
(for personal mail?) and sent 3 cards (BQ9P, YA5T and
WP2Z each of them sent with a different SASE) in one
of my SASE. I'm expecting him to use MY SASE for MY
cards but obviously that's too much to ask for it
seems...
Since KU9C is a member of the QSL Manager's Society,
I'm CCing this message to N2OO, organizer of that
society.
