Today I received one of my return s.a.e. containing seven (count 'em... 7) 
QSLs from Vlad's Pacific tour last year. Each was from a different IOTA, 
and each was a different design of card.

I had actually applied for only the four of those IOTAs, ones I needed. 
Vlad included the other three un-requested. Not an easy trick with paper logs!

BTW, each of my four applications was mailed separately, with 2 IRC each, 
to Vlad's Russia CBA. Looks like the Russian postal system is working just 
fine.

The QSLs were beautifully photographed, excellent print quality, and made 
out neatly by hand.

Great job Vlad!  Much appreciated, and well worth the wait.
