[Dx-qsl] DXCC Credit for HP1/DJ7AA

Several have reported receiving the long awaited QSL from HP/DJ7AA in the
past few days, but sorry to say it is NOT VALID for DXCC.  No documentation
has ever been received at ARRL plus there was a complaint from a HP station
indicating that DJ7AA did not have permission to operate in Panama. No
license or permission usually results in NO documentation. Hi Hi

I wish it was good because I could also use it for a new one on 160.
