[Dx-qsl] Date on ST0RY cards

My ST=D8RY card has the correct date format - YYMMDD(both the uncerlined=20
heading and the actual dates listed).

Even if your cards got a mixed-up date format, it is clear what the days are=
=20
since they range from the 2=D8th thru the 31st(while the month and year are=20=
=D83).=20
So it'll be OK with the ARRL.
