I am the incoming bureau letter sorter for N1TO. I had the same problem with 
returned mail but the last batch was marked "refused" and not as a "bad 
address" from the post office. Shortly before the returned mail I recieved a 
considerable payment to apply to his account.

I would also like a good address to deliver several pounds of bureau cards to 
N1TO.
