[Dx-qsl] Postage from Germany to USA and others

HI,

Repeat, the postage from Germany to all countries outside Europe is 1,50 =
Euro
This means 2 USD or 1 (one) IRC
1 (one) IRC here in Germany is good for one "normal" letter (up top =
20gr) in any country

You have to give the letter and 1 IRC to the clerk in the Postoffice, =
and he take a stamp (P.P: or so, means you have paid the fee for sending =
out) and put your letter in the outgoing basked.

The clerk does so, because on the IRC is written:
"This coupon.......for the minimum postage for an unregistered priority =
item or an unregistered letter sent by air to a foreign country."

  unclear to me. Is one IRC good or does it require 2 ?
