[Dx-qsl] Re: DX-QSL DXCC turn-a-round time

If you go to the ARRL website and look under operating activities -awards -
DXCC - list of applications received -- you can find the date that they are
currently working on (sept. 22 as of today).  This is a busy time of year
for them since applications that may appear in the 2003 yearbook have to be
dated Sept. 30 or earlier.  There are probably more applications received in
August and September than the rest of the year.  My last application took
closer to 90 days... but that was an August submission.
