You will see the 'group received on date' that they are working on.

And you can find your call and what day they 'were received'.

Your cards and info will usually be sent to you a few days after the
"working on received date".

When I see that they are processing applications received on or after my
'received date', I normally get the returns in a week.

You can't go by normal turnaround time.
The load fluctuates, greatly with the month of the year.
January and September being high submission months.

your Sept 9 submission should arrive soon.
your Oct 27th will be a few weeks yet.
