I believe there have been some inquiries concerning QSLing with PZ5RA so for
whatever it is worth, here is my recent experience.
About 6 weeks ago I sent request to Ramon's address in Suriname, along with
SASE with stamps affixed.
Yesterday I received the requested QSL (which gave me a new one on RTTY!!!)
but it did not come in the envelope which I had provided. A postage meter
had been used on the envelope. There was no message in the envelope from
Ramon so I do not know why my SASE was not useable for him, and I am very
grateful that he sent my QSL anyway.
Ramons address on his QSL and on the envelope:
Ramon Kaersenhout
PO Box 4048
Paramaribo
Suriname
This one experience indicates that maybe he prefers IRC or GS.
Good luck
