THREE bucks for an EA6??? What's he smoking? I worked Jurek when he was 
running as SP4AOQ/EA6 (I think that was his call), and a SAE/GS got a card 
back in about 6 weeks or so. Spanish postage to the US is 0.76 euros, or 
about 70 cents. I could maybe see this if he was from 1A, 3A, C3 or SV/A -- 
European rare ones all -- but NOT from EA6...they're a dime a dozen, 
especially in contests. EA6 and EA8 both very common.

I guess you can always e-mail him (ea6un@terra.es) and ask.

Better suggestion would be find another one.
