I must admit I'm completely surprised you got a card from LY2ZZ. I've=0D
worked him several times over the past few years. I've sent cards direct=0D
with $$$ and IRC's as well as through the Buro with absolutely no results=

I've talked with him several times on the air and he quite pleasantly=0D
assures me that he qsl's 100%. It gets to the point now that when I find=0D
him on the bands I won't work him and encourage others to save their $$,=0D
IRC's, and time and not work him either=0D
