I must admit I'm completely surprised you got a card from LY2ZZ.  I've
worked him several times over the past few years.  I've sent cards direct
with $$$ and IRC's as well as through the Buro with absolutely no results.
I've talked with him several times on the air and he quite pleasantly
assures me that he qsl's 100%.  It gets to the point now that when I find
him on the bands I won't work him and encourage others to save their $$,
IRC's, and time and not work him either
