[Dx-qsl] Check those DXCC submissions!

I received my DXCC paperwork back yesterday and found a few errors!  One =
card was not counted at all, one card was rejected as being a duplicate, =
yet I received no credit for the entity, and one card was rejected as a =
duplicate yet I received credit for the entity via another card that was =
not for that entity.  Hopefully it will not be too difficult to =
straighten out.  I sent a message to dxcc@arrl.org and I hope they can =
correct the problem. =20

I guess the end of year crunch caused a few problems.  When my cards =
arrived on December 18, 2002, there were over a 1000 applications ahead =
of me.  So, the net result is I submitted 120 cards, two were rejected =
as dupes and one was not counted at all.
