[Dx-qsl] Manager bashing

OK folks, this is getting out of hand. So, starting now, there will be no
more manager bashing (not that there ever should have been in the first
place) on this reflector. Discussion regarding who has received (or not
received what from whom )  is fine, but let's keep it civil and factual.
Those guilty will be asked to refrain from the offending behavior. Those not
complying will be removed.

Secondly, if you have a problem with someone's comments or behavior on this
reflector, please contact the offending person OR ME directly.

Finally, if you are guilty of any of the offending on-the-air behaviors
(band policing, interfering,etc), grow up or buy yourself a CB. Amateur
radio has traditionally been a hobby filled with operators who conduct
themselves as gentlemen (or ladies). Let's keep it that way.
