Robert:
The same thing happened to me with my 17m DXCC certificate. I got the
certificate (I didn't even know I had qualified since I thought with my
September submission I was a couple countries short) before I got my
cards and printout back. Couple days later got the cards and printout
back.

Unfortunately, I have not received my cards or the printout of my record yet (anyone know what the delay is between the two?). With luck I am now credited with 120 entities with another 142 still to submit over the next year (thank you to whoever it was I have forgotten who suggested to me to break my submission down over three calendar years to save some $$$). This year I will submit another 120 cards and I will use the third year to complete the tally and fill in additional modes/bands.
