[Dx-qsl] In the mailbox today...

...a cardboard tube from the ARRL with my DXCC certificate #39,244 with =
a three month turnaround!  Unfortunately, I have not received my cards =
or the printout of my record yet (anyone know what the delay is between =
the two?).  With luck I am now credited with 120 entities with another =
142 still to submit over the next year (thank you to whoever it was I =
have forgotten who suggested to me to break my submission down over =
three calendar years to save some $$$).  This year I will submit another =
120 cards and I will use the third year to complete the tally and fill =
in additional modes/bands.
