John, I have to agree the USPS does an overall good job but my position is prejudiced by being the son of a 45 year postal employee, W5RLM(SK). My only verifiable horror story was receiving the SASE I had enclosed with an outgoing card. Just the SASE, no idea of which card was with it originally!! 73 Don K5AQ
