Foreign Postage Rates was updated during the month of June. Australia
and France has joined the group that requires more than $1 for return
postage. While some countries have increased their rates, the exchange
rate of the USD has dropped on the world market. One example of this is
today, 1 USD = .87 Euro, compared to an almost even match in the past.
Sending insufficient postage could result in getting a return by the
bureau or not getting one at all.
