I believe the former PY3ZM (ie F/HH2HM, OK8ZM et al) is or was the manager
for HC2DX.

If memory recalls, this may be the ONLY legit station that that alleged ham
& alleged manager actually manages. He has a reputation for providing "QSL
Manager" services for DX stations without their authorization, and as a
result, cards issued by him are not usually accepted by the major awards
programs.

Having said that, unless you want the card for novelty purposes or are
willing to risk it not being accepted, I wouldn't bother with getting it.
Sad that it has to be said that way, but such is the nature of the beast.

Anyone have the current route for HC2DX? My card was returned
from F5RDC saying that he is not the manager.

What profit it a ham if he gains all the awards yet forfeits his soul?
I'll run the race and I will never be the same again.
