QRZ.COM does not in fact say he's a pirate, but simply that they can't find
his callsign. I did receive a nice picture postcard QSL UNSOLICITED from
Zoltan, so if he's a pirate he's a pretty conscientous one. He also
indicated his web site http://www.dx1abc.com - the pictures sure look like
he's in the Phillipines ! But the DUs on DX Summit seem confident that he's
a phony - anyone know any more about this ?
