Just use the address exactly as it is shown. This a military
address. The FPO stands for FLEET POST OFFICE and AP stands for All
Pacific. The zip code gets it to Diego Garcia. The mail goes to a
military mail center on the west coast and is sorted and sent from
there. Do not put Diego Garcia, etc, as part of the address. That
will just confuse things and it may bounce. If he did rotate his mail
would be forwarded for at least 6 months but he was spotted on DX
Summit all month including today.
