[Dx-qsl] YA3GIB

Hello everybody, A friend asked me to post these questions about YA3GIB, =
a stn that was on the air last year in June and that the qsl route was =
direct to his home call UA3GIB.

1) Seems that UA3GIB is a SK now and we don't know who will handle the =
qsling process

2) Did this operation receive DXCC approval?

3) Did anybody on this list ever receive a qsl?
