[Dx-qsl] last IARU certificates out????

I worked all the Championship teams.
I "thought" I was to get a certificate or some such for working all the
various teams.
I submitted the logs, got a confirmation of receipt but never again heard
from them.
I didn't even come close to winning my division, didn't try. Just wanted to
work all the teams.

Has anybody heard anything about these certificates???
