    Yes thats what I heard at the time. And many hams were just complaining 
because they werent operating on a ham band.
   Yet I did hear that there it is legal to operate on 27 mhz for DX like 
that. US hams and hams everywhere are going to complain about not enough 6's 
worked or why dont you go to CW etc. So I dont know why the complaining about 27 
mhz should stop them from QSLing and submitting the paperwork.
