The same thing happened to me and it appears it takes more than $1
to send the card or a IRC as it is a triple fold card.

I just sent him a donation plus SASE and rec'd a email from him today
saying it is on the way.

Incidentally he just got out of the hospital so he may be behind in sending
out cards and I hope he gets well soon.

Typically I send a donation but for some reason I got cheap on that one. In
fact in some cases I send $1 plus 1 IRC and they can take their choice but
in this case I had a senior moment.
