I will share an interesting response I got from IT9YRE
who is the qsl manager for V63RE.  Approximately one
month ago I sent a request for a 10 meter qsl with SAE
and IRC and I enclosed cards for two different stations.
I received confirmation for one station and the other card
was returned with a note saying "repeat with other support".
I wasn't sure exactly what he meant so an e-mail brought
this response "you send me 1 $ for second qsl, this money
is for postage only".  The second qsl could easily have
been sent in place of the returned qsl or qsled via the buro
- go figure.  Or does he mean that the IRC in no good in Italy?
Some information for anyone qsling to IT9YRE.
Someone could write a book on qsl manager idiosyncrasies
and other qsl experiences.
