LZ0A (op Danny, LZ2UU) was on 17M phone last night.  For the short
time that I listened, two stations including myself queried Danny about
the QSL problems with LZ1KDP.  My impression was that Danny brushed
it off by implying that it was a typical post office problem.  Also, I do believe
that he said that return postage (IRC or GS) was not needed.  I tried to e-mail
to LZ1KDP@qsl.net but it bounced.  I also sent an e-mail to Danny at
LZ2UU@omega.bg and I will see if anything happens there.  I may decide to
send again to LZ1KDP and also to LZ2UU both without return postage
and see what happens.  If it would even come back via the buro I would
be happy.
