May I write Australia is part of England?

Byelorussia is not part of Russia since last Tsar (1918). It was part of Soviet
Union and now is a independent country (well, the President Lukashenka
will join Russian Federation, but Mr Putin will not have them.
Lukashenka is kinda Saddam, but they have much less oil than Iraq).
Byelorussia was also foundation member of United Nations ;-)

What about prefixes? Pretty easy. After USSR had disappeared from the
world map, prefixes have been rearanged. So White Russia for example
got EU-EZ and Russia got the whole bunch from UA to UK.
