[Dx-qsl] QSL turn-around expectations

Thanks for sayin it Steve. Some ops have no idea how
to properly QSL and they are the ones that gripe the
most. Hey...DON'T send your card to a manager
"postcard" style or with out proper return postage AND
a SASE. I'm not your Secretary nor your welfare
office. Stateside cards arriving with the postage or
addressed envelope are dispatched to the round file.
DX cards arriving like that go back via the buro. I
got 1 envelope with 7 different call in it
today...some back to 1970 which are handwritten
logs...good luck...maybe in a few months maybe next
year.
Those who send properly...I THANK YOU!!
Those who dont.... will have to wait.
