While I appreciate your comments, let me suggest that your logic is flawed...

The envelope count on August 14th was a static count, I get anywwhere from 100 to 300 envelopes a day.  Today alone I picked up 100..and none of my stations have been active since the CQWW for the most part.

I decided, for a lot of reasons, to take most of December off.  It's called family commitments....no I didnt go on a dxpedition...I just took some time away from the cards...something most folks with a 'life' must do..especially given family commitments.  

Many of the folks that are complaining about their cards committed one cardinal sin given the cards I handle...they stuffed two calls into their envelopes.....when you handle the volume I handle....that really throws a kink in the system.

I'll be posting in a week or so status.....after I mail the 8000 envelopes that are on my kitchen table.  When those go out, essentially ALL responses for cards received as of 12/31 will be in the mail.  I'll also share with you roughly the qsos answered and envelopes mailed....I am without question the busiest manager this year...soemthing by the way I won't do again....largely due to the positive responses on this and other media.

Your comparison to TI9M is not completely valid.  I won't get into all the details, but try to deal with that volume with a similar volume on YA5T, a smaller but significant vfolume on BQ9P and several other calls, and then have guys stuffing 3 or more calls in an envelope.

ENough said....I'll get the cards out...I challenge you to find someone that has not gotten a card from me that has followed a logical procedure.  I'm sorry this has been a slow year, but htis has been a full time job for me....one I will not repeat.

As a challenge, I challenge all of you folks that have strong criticism to try doing some managing yourself..both to help the hobby, and to find out what it is all about
