[Dx-qsl] QSL help for ZP9XB

Hi all,

Can anyone help with qsl from ZP9XB.  Tried the
QRZ site address to mgr PY5BI and got returned marked:
"Mudou-se/Demenage"
sent to:
  CARLOS ALBERTO BIASONE
RUA MAL. FLORIANO PEIXOTO, 1157
FOZ DO IGUACU /PR 85850-020 BRAZIL
BRAZIL

I noticed that Buckmaster shows ZP9XB as the same
person as PY5BI but with the following address:

  Carlos A Biasone, ZP9XB
Post Office Box 512
ASUNCION 1209,
PARAGUAY - SOUTH AMERICA

Thought I would ask the group before I tried that.

I have also sent an e-mail to:
[email protected]
as shown on QRZ but no response yet.

Another for 30mtrs.....
