Yes thats Correct Steven.
UC was Byelorussia SSR   - White Russia .... and was Part of the old USSR...
it borders onto Poland and the Ukraine in DX Zone 16.
around 1000 miles due west from MOSCOW....
So I now presume it is part of RUSSIA....
thats about all I know Steven.
