Hi Tony et al--
As an additional note on the Belarus QSL situation, I sent a direct
QSL request with GS tucked into a SAE to EU1UN in mid-October and had
it returned, complete with GS, by the Belarus Postal System near the
end of November. I still can't figure out why it was returned since I
checked Serge's address with QRZ.com, Buckmaster, and Multiply Search
( http://www.ampr.spb.ru/multi/index.html ) and they all confirmed
the same address. More to the point, it was returned intact in a
timely manner.
While I've got the floor, anyone know the best way to get a card to EU1UN?
