[Dx-qsl] ARRL incoming bureau

Hi Merv et al--

I'm a low-volume user myself and don't receive bureau QSL cards very 
often, but I *DO* receive them from the 2-Bureau. If after some 
fifteen or so months (from Sept 01) you still haven't received 
anything, I think there's something wrong. Might be worth the 
investment to make a phone call.
