[Dx-qsl] ARRL incomming bureau

I sent my first batch of cards off to the ARRL QSL bureau mid Sept 2001. =
 Shortly after I supplied the 7th call area incoming bureau with funds =
for postage and envelops per one of the plans they have set up.  I have =
yet to receive a single card from the bureau.  I wrote to the incoming =
bureau requesting information on my account, i.e.  checking correct =
address, amount they show on my account, and included an sase for them =
to send the answer back to me.  Per the web site I should allow 45 days =
for an answer.  That was almost 4 months ago.  I know that my outgoing =
cards went out because I have since worked a station I worked before and =
had sent a card to through the bureau and he thanked me for the QSL =
card.  Am I by myself in this or are others having problems getting the =
incoming bureaus to respond to them.
