These operators went into this knowing out front that
there is and always has been a mail problem from
there.
To ignore that and not have a "outside manager" show a
lack of thoughtfulness. There are many QSL managers
including myself that would handle the chore and then
send to them directly via bank deposit any and all
monies that were left.
