Good idea, Tom.
Here in Russia we have a problem with our mail service - people in
PO time to time are looking for GS. Therefore, it is better to use
registred mail to Russia.
But! Youmay see published by Nenad list of them, which QSLs were received by
RZ3AA. Others may send second request.
And! All of you  may also understand our (Russians) problem with sending
QSL with GS to you - QSL MGRs. "TO BE OR NOT TO BE ? (delivered)"
And if a manager will publish an information with a list of answered
QSL, or simply may let me know, that he got my QSL and already
answered - that is ONLY my problem to send another one or not - because
I AM LIVING IN RUSSIA. In case of some QSL-MGRs, who is not answering to
the senders questions - main problem for us, russians, or wait and
wait, or send another request and wait again.
Last is not about you, Tom. I have all QSLs from you fast and 100%,
thanks.
