[Dx-qsl] qsl cards/ field checkers

Bill,
Go to Dayton, Visalia, HamCom or one of the other major DX
Conventions/Hamfests that the ARRL representative will attend.  If N7NG,
NC1L and a few other key people attend they can check any QSLs,
including 160 meters.

I have a problem , arrl says field checkers can't check cards with date
before 1995, and I have old cards to endorse,  I sure hate to have to
drive
to Newington, and I sure don't trust the mail system.
