The ''greenstamp'' isn't that valuable as you think. One USD does=20
not cover the less expensive mailing from Sweden to any country=20
in the world, two does and so does also one IRC.=20
And I can't see what ARRL has to do with the costs of getting QSL's,=20
it's up to you if you need / want it or not. And, how should the =
DXCC-dept.=20
be able to know what you sent? And the bureau works just fine here in
Sweden as also in USA, but in many countries they don't have money to
send cards out. I know that the Z3-bureau in Macedonia is trying to get
cards out once a year, that is IF they have money enough from their
members. Just an example.=20
